There are many gluten-free sliced breads out there these days. Many are pretty tasty ... but they also have to be toasted to taste good. Not Udi's. This bread has saved me in so many ways. Fixing lunches for my daughters has gotten easy again. It's delicious, and is the closest thing to wheat bread I've found. Many people who eat gluten enjoy this bread. If you haven't tried it yet, I'm telling you to. It's good. Don't get me wrong -- I do enjoy some of those other breads when they are toasted and butter is melted on top. But I can't live without my Udi's.
